A Lifelong Learner

I've always been inquisitive. From early childhood, when I used to pepper my Dad with questions about everything, through my years of formal education, I've always wanted to know more. Give me a topic I know nothing about and a day in the library (or on the Internet) and I'm in paradise.

So it's no wonder that I went back to school long after finishing my bachelor's degree. I love the intellectual stimulation from deep discussions in topics ranging from criminology to abnormal psychology to the philosophy of science fiction. Returning to school to earn a Master's degree was the natural next step.

I spent 3 years deepening my understanding of strategic communications, relationship building, and branding, and learning how to work with the latest technologies and tools in the communications field, graduating with an MCM in 2019.

Recently, I returned to school again to work on a Master's in Labor and Employment Relations with a specialization in Diversity and Inclusion and a certificate in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. It's never too late to pursue knowledge!
